Products

Our products are handmade by Lena Brown and her crew in our sewing studio located in Sparta, Michigan USA. We do not sell products made by someone else except for those noted in our shop as imports (knitting needles).

Our products are made in Sparta, Michigan, USA in our 800 square foot studio. We only employ family and friends who are knowledgable in sewing. Our studio consists of 3 industrial sewing machines including straight, walking and a binding machine. We also offer commercial embroidery services and feature a Happy commercial embroidery machine capable of stitching large items.

Recently, we started stitching our knitting needle case pockets on a commercial embroidery machine. This allows us to step up our production and ship your orders faster!

Why yes, yes we do.  Contact us first. If you can’t wait, use code WHL40BLK to save 40% off our regular pricing with a minimum purchase of $700. Shipping will be combined in the checkout. If the shipping seems high, we will add in a bonus product or 2 to make up the difference. How this works: fill your cart with items from our shop with a total of $700 or more. Then use the code WHL40BLK in the checkout. Discount will calculate 40% of our selling price. Its that easy! If you need more items than available to purchase, let us know and we will check our materials for availability. We will ship ASAP but please allow us extra time to fill large orders. If there will be a delay, we will let you know when we plan to ship.

We do our absolute best to ensure the photos are a exact representation of the product sold. All monitors, phones and screens can vary. If you are unhappy with the product, please see our return information.

The description of each product includes the size. Both the width and height are shown in inches. The width is measured from the bottom left side of the item when in the upright position as used. Height is from the bottom to top not including the flap (if provided). We also state the item size that will fit in the pockets.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cards are processed securely and your card information is not saved.

I’m sorry, we only accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our payment processor Stripe.

Custom orders are just that – custom. We dedicate time to filling your request and these orders may not be cancelled or returned.

Coupon codes are entered in the checkout at the top of the page.

Coupons or discounts must be entered in the checkout coupon box before payment is submitted. No refunds for discounts after payment. No refunds for purchases made before a sale on a future date.

I’m sorry, but respectfully we can’t offer a discount if you ask. We do have sales on occasion and discount codes but I do not have a sale schedule. Nor do we know what or when the sale will occur. We are a very small business and our items are of high quality.

Orders shipped to a Michigan address will be subject to 6% sales tax.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated in the checkout and will vary depending on the destination. Place the items you would like to purchase in the cart and enter your destination.  We ship with USPS mail to both domestic and international addresses.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Your order is shipped first class USPS mail. Some countries provide tracking information. Please use the customs number provided via email when the package was shipped to view tracking information within the US. If your package is not delivered within 3-4 weeks, contact your local post office and provide the customs number to locate the package.

Please allow 1-7 days before your order ships. Most items are made and ready ship. However, on occasion we make items as orders come in. Rest assured your order will ship as promptly as possible. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3-5 days after shipping. International may vary due to customs in the destination country. Allow 2 weeks after shipping for international orders.

If your order has not arrived, please use the tracking or customs number sent via email to track your package at www.ups.com. If it does not arrive within 5-7 business days, call or visit your local post office to determine the location of the package. The USPS usually has more information than shown online.

We ship with USPS (United States Postal Service) first class mail with delivery tracking. All international addresses will have a customs number. Most countries participate in a tracking service as well. However, some countries do not offer a tracking service.

When you order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

Sale, clearance or items purchased with a discount code are non-returnable. Other items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price not including shipping. Return postage is the buyers responsibility. Contact us for the return address.

Please send us a message and we will respond as soon as possible. If your message is regarding an order, please include the order number, your name and items ordered.
